Tony,
Your gonna need a little time to tweak the CX-3 with the MS. I had
an XK-2 since it's intro four years ago through the MS and it
required just a bit of bass/treble/contour balancing act to get an
acceptable warmth/balls/cut-through-the-mix quotient. Have had the
the CX-3 for just over a month and am still tweaking it and the MS to
taste. Not quite there yet, but Bruce's suggestion of Amp 2 with
rolled off highs and lows gets me real close and is a great starting
point. You'll want to turn down the internal overdrive setting as
you'll naturally drive that 12AX7 in the MS.
What case did you end up with for the Korg and the MS?
BTW I hve an invisible stand that I'll part with.
