Steve Vai/The Devil was making a sound to reckon with,
but I'm pretty sure that was well before his
association with Carvin...although "allegedly" F.Zappa
was a Carvin endorsee; however, on the occassions I
saw Frank I NEVER saw any Carvin's onstage.
