And, using my trusty (but beta-level) Google translator [brackets are my comments]:

- the piece of furniture comes divided in two pieces conserving all its characteristics

- the advanced [bigger] part measure: h. cm. 35 - l. cm. 72 - p. cm. 51 --- inferior [smaller] part h. cm. 60 - l. cm. 72 - p. cm. 51
