Subject:Pro 3T problem
I was wondering if anyone could offer a suggestion. I don't want to
wait 'till Monday to call MS. I was at the gig last night, packed
house pretty girls etc. (OK - not too relevant, but had to paint the
whole picture), and my slow speed would not work. The Pro 3T would
just go from fast to break regardless of which position the stop
switch was in. I plugged a single mono patch cord in the speed input
and when shorted the MS would go into slow speed as normal, but when
I used their pedal I couldn't get it to work. I assumed it was the
pedal - a short in the wire or bad switch. My original PRO3's pedal
developed a short in its wire. I took the back off the pedal and all
the solder connections looked good. And if I stamped real hard on
the Stop button it seemed like the slow speed would intermittently
come on, but couldn't get it to hold.
Got through the gig OK, but I sure missed my slow speed!!!! I
almost ran the CX-3 direct, but I really love the spatiality the MS
gives me on stage.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Albert
