Hi, If you are talking about a device such as a Midisport the answer is no.
Midisports are great if you have a laptop with a low latency sound card with
no midi port. You need a low latency midi interface with an integrated sound
card. I use a Midisport with and old 333 mhz Dell Laptop and get about 25 ms
which is acceptable to me.
