Well, you're supposed to use a power relay adapter, but I don't have one.
Goff sells 'em, I'm sure others do also. For a 145/147 you can get away
with making a simple passive Y cable with all the pins split out
individually. Instead of a cable, I made one out of a small metal
enclosure, later dubbed the LMFA (Leslie Mindf--k Adapter).

Interestingly enough, the current draw of the two Leslies popped the
breaker on the Combo pedal every time. Connected directly to the console it
all works fine, though like I said, I only gigged this way a few times.
(One of them was when my Hammond was part of the backline supplied to Merl
Saunders).
