[SNIP]isn't one then committed to staying away from

The only way I can really answer this is to say - get
thee to a location with two Leslie's, play until
exhausted, & then report back.;^)
Seriously though, it's hard to explain in a tangible
way, the difference in sound between a simulator & a
real mechanical rotation Leslie. At least if you're
trying to understand with no audible reference. It's
even harder to describe the sonic bliss that can come
from two or more Leslie's. It's subjective to a large
degree anyway because everyones' ears hear differently
& without hearing it you just can't get a firm grasp
on the sound. I actually had similar thoughts before I
was using two Leslie's (won't they clash? won't it
sound like junk if they aren't exacxtly in sync?) No
questions after I actually played through two leslies
though. Just a really big grin. 8^)
