Subject:Speakeasy pedal for charity


Hi Folks,

I recently traded in my Speakeasy Classic pedal to Steve Hayes for a
new one. My pedal came from the first batch of ten that Steve made,
and it's the pedal I reviewed for this list in my original posting on
the Speakeasy preamp. My old pedal still works fine, I just wanted
to get the minor modifications Steve has made since I first bought
mine over a year and a half ago.

Steve has updated my old pedal and is planning to offer it for
auction on Ebay with the proceeds to go to the Diabetes Foundation.
The starting price at auction will be $99! Steve will soon post a
notice containing a link to the auction for those interested. Great
pedal, great price, great cause! What's not to like?
