Hi,
I use the Art Dual MP in stereo from the outputs of the Electro, and
Viscount DB3 from a mixer.
To stop clipping without resorting to a compressor, I use an EQ and
drop the medium/low bass a touch around 160/200 hz, the frequencies
which tend to cause the booming bass, and keep the other frequencies
at level, including low bass ( around 40 hz )
This allows a good volume and full sounding bass into the final mixer
without clipping.
I use the Art on the warm setting just before going into the red.

I used to use the Art with a Voce V3's mono out, but find the stereo
just fine with the Electro's output using the built-in Leslie sim. I
am using the front ins but I understand that the rears are just the
same ( and neater )

First you have to remove the two (?) screws on the top of the case.
Then you have to remove the bottom two screws that hold the little PC
boards with the tube sockets. At that point, you have to carefully
pull the tops of the tubes out of the little rubber grommets that
hold them in place. Now remove and replace the tubes, noting the
position of the pins. Then you reverse the whole process. The
trickiest part is getting the bottom screws back into the brackets on
the tube PC boards, because there's nothing to align them to; you
just have to line the holes up by site, and then make sure that the
PC boards are parallel to the back wall of the case.
