Subject:Re: Nord Electro = MAJOR GEAR LUST

Hey Stoo...If you've read my posts, you know how
finicky I am when it comes to sounds, but also
keyboards. I too am a pianist who incorporated organ
into his vocabulary. I gotta tell you, when I checked
out the early Electro, while the sounds didn't amaze
me the keyboard did. I like my A70 a lot, but it
sucks to play piano on. For synth, it has a heavier
that usual feel that is very musical to the touch. I
can tell you that I was definitely blown away by the
feel of the Electro. Different than my A70, I was
impressed enough that if it worked as a better control
(midi functionality) I could use that and an MKS20
module, a few synth modules, and pretty much do the
whole gig. And piano is still the crux of my playing.

So at least from the keyboard standpoint, you might be
pleasantly surprised.
