Subject:Re: Voce Gig

Well, I wondered about that when I wrote it, so I actually did a quick
Google search to see what I could find out, which was not much. Since I
couldn't find any information about Don's life I just assumed that he had
passed on, which of course was pretty stupid of me. I did figure that if I
was wrong that surely one of the Hammond-heads in our group would correct me
(thanks Steve), and I'm glad to know he's still around.
I would like to know if he had anything to do with the Model 950, because
even though it sounds like s---, I think it's the coolest looking speaker
cabinet I've ever seen. Man, if I only had roadies I'd have two of those
puppies on each side of the stage just to watch the crowd become mesmerized
by their psychedelic power. Dual Nord Electros on an Apex stand with stereo
950's on each side of you - a man could hold his head up high with a rig
that far-out looking.
