More convincing than WHAT? Before I respond to that
critique, I'd like to know exactly what you meant.

As for the corrected sound problems, you'd have to
clue me on that too: I never heard them fix anything.
Carlos' guitar is front and center and they try to fit
the rest of the event around it...which is a shame.

And the forced "spontaneity" of live requests?
PUH-LEEEASE! There's more spontaneity in this email
than there was in the format of that show. What's
spontaneous about playing the 4 or 5 songs your career
is built on (sad too, cuz he's done some amazing stuff
after Abraxas...check out Milagro) then your 2 new
singles? But again, the short attention span and
limited scope of TV producers (really should read:
entertainment business in general) dictated that that
oldie would be played. While that song did break
Santana (Graham was no dummy), Carlos has put it away
for good reason: he has much better material, whether
talking about his classics or his "under the radar"
unnoticed pre-Supernatural career.

But now that I have rambled on...exactly what would
make Chester sound more convincing????
