Hi,
This isn't Ken,
but the drawbar thing can been got round, although it is still
somewhat different to the original and not a perfect fix. I use a
Doepfer Pocket Fader to work the lower draws on the Electro, but
there are enough faders left over to work some upper harmonic draws
on the upper manual.
Difference is, it's push faders instead of pull bars. I'm told though
that they could probably be easily re-wired to act in reverse.Either
way, still you have something to grab hold of and wiggle back and
forth.
