Subject:Re: Electro vs. CX-3

HeyEd....
I had played the earlier version of the Electro for
about a week, and while totally enamored of its weight
and feel (excellent keyboard feel, even though not
Hammondish, it was a nice touch that would make me
feel playing electric key parts through it as well as
organ type moves) I really wasn't all that impressed
sonically. I didn't pump it into a leslie, I used it
through a combo, and didn't really like it. The
drawbar thing was a major drawback for me as well.
But as I said before, I heard another guy play one
through a leslie, and it sounded awesome.
