I forget how much my IQ-3000 cost, but they (I forget who makes it, Ultimate?)
have *incrediable* customer support. Once, one of the plastic elbow things
cracked, I called the company and asked for a new one. They sent it to me with
no proof of purchase, no me sending in the old one, just on my word that I had
one and it cracked. Matter of fact they sent me *two*, "just in case you need
an extra!" I was floored.
