I could build ya one, but you could probably buy a B3 & Leslie for
less! And you'd have to wait 'til mine is finished. I've put a
lotta work into that thing, and it's nowhere near completion. Been
working on it for about three months so far, with some changes in
direction along the way (for example, the 61 vs 73-key controversy).
One of the major delays was dealing with the keycombs--the original
ones in the B2 manuals were really bad, and it took me about 3 weeks
to acquire enough replacements for both manuals (Ya need keycombs
from two schpinnets to get enough for one console).

Right now it's on hold while I mull over the specs for the MIDI
Encoder, and while I build a Jazz Bass from Ebay-acquired parts. And
the worship band's bass player quit, so my focus has shifted from
keyboards to bass for the time being--besides, my 39-year case of
Guitar Acquisition Syndrome has come out of remission lately.

I think my wife thinks I'm crazy, but on the other hand she owns 4
sewing machines--and I could have gotten one 'o them B3's for what
she paid for the one she bought in January!
