If they did, I'd probably be selling my CX-3 too!.
I'm a Nord convert, well...almost. Even though I love
it as it is, I still find my fingers reaching out for
drawbars to grab.

The real selling

I couldn't agree more.

The electro's feels better under my fingers. It's
faster responsive and not as stiff and dull as the
XK2's IMO

I beg to differ. The leslie simulation and overdrive
make it sound amazing and very realistic BUT the thing
sounding raw & naked (no leslie, overdrive or FX) it
doesn't sound much better than the old version of the
CX3. Really cheesy and synthetic!. The new CX3 that we
all know sounds much more realistic and "organic" to
my ears. The prob with the CX though, it's its amp
simulations. Compared to the electro's it plainly
sucks! They even boost that obvious frequency problems
the CX v1 has. It also gives a sort of a sandy edge.
But I bet the Cx3 still beats the Nord if they were
both played thru a real leslie. The basic tone
generator of the CX3 is much superior. It's simply
richer and has the warmth, dirt and the randomness a
tonewheel generator is suposed to provide. It's quite
there. Anyway, just my two cents. But, paraphrasing
Tony, opinions AND results MAY VARY.

Regards,
E.
