Voce V5 doesn't include any kind of Leslie simulator by itself.
Instead it gives just a raw, warm, very clean and dynamically
balanced Hammond B-3 sound with features the real Hammond provides.
These are such as harmonic percussion and vibrato/chorus. You can
also add overdrive and shape the sound with features which were
considered defects in the original: keyclick (noise from the key
contacts) and leakage (the crosstalk between neighbouring tonewheels).

The basic sound is warm and the top octave really screams at
888000000 drawbar registration. So in a loud rock context it's near
perfect. Although when playing softer tunes the leakage-effect leaves
a bit to be desired... You really can't get flutey-like ballad sounds
out of it. That kind of tone has more than a sine wave to it such as
breathy hiss and quiet harmonic overtones.

For the Leslie I use Hüghes&Kettner Tube Rotosphere but as many have
said here nothing can replace a real Leslie. So if you have the extra
cash, space and have the roadies you sould have it. I've been quite
satisfied with the Rotosphere although the overdrive isn't too warm
by itself. Many have used additional tube-preamps in the signal chain
before it. I haven't played real Hammonds too much myself but after a
vintage L-100 coupled with a Leslie 251 I've been paying quite a bit
attention to the small details that make the sound... ;-)
