Agreed, however rememer that:
- if you play pedals, then you will need to source both the
pedalboard and the pedal tone generator from elsewhere (one list
member is using a Voce V-5 for this)
- It is doubtful as to whether the manufacturer's stand for the BX-3
is wide enough to accommodate a 25-note pedalboard such as the
Roland PK-25 ($2,000)
- You will need a Leslie or other tone cabinet for this organ
- You will need to get a GM module (and another amplifier if you had
opted for a Leslie above)
- You will need quite a lot of wiring in your living room

You might also consider looking at the Roland VK-77 as well which
eliminates the GM and the Voce and some of the wiring.

Guessing the list prices

BX-3 Option
===========
BX-3 and stand $3,500 ?
Bench $200
PK-25 $2,000
V-5 $600
Stereo PA $1,000
GM Soundsource $400

About $7,000 ?

VK-77 Option
============
VK-77 $3,000
Bench and stand $500
PK-25 $2,000
Stereo PA $1,000

About $6,500 ?

A-305 $10,000 ?
