FWIW, I use the Mackie SRM450. I run all of my gear into a small 10
channel mixer. That feeds the Mackie(for all of the strings, synth &
piano sounds) & my Leslie(for my organ or XM-1 module). The Mackie
sounds really full & handles low end really well. Although I don't
use it for organ sounds(I just can't play with simulated Leslie's), I
have no doubt as to its' ability to very accurately & solidly put out
the sounds you give it. I paid $650 & feel it was well worth it.
