Subject:Re: nord electro report
To add to Adan's comments on the Electro:
I made a conscious decision to purchase the 61-note version because I
already own a Roland A-70EX MIDI controller, which has one of the best
semi-weighted actions out there and a ton of controller power. This allows
me to control the Electro from the A-70EX when I use the Rhodes patches. In
the organ mode, the 61 notes is a no brainer for the upper manual and I use
the A-70 as the lower manual.
Another annoying thing about the Electro is the 24-note polyphony.
As I understand it, the much anticipated OS upgrade will add an additional 6
notes of polyphony to the piano section.

The Stereo pan effect is absolutely killer, but it has to be run in true
stereo to hear its' true power.
