I have not read the entire batch of these messages, so forgive me if
this is duplicative info.

The Roland RS-9 has 88 keys and a synth-style action. I played one
briefly and it's not half bad. A little "Toys R Us" in that it is
extremely lightweight and not fully a pro piece of gear...it has a
wallwart and is made of mostly plastic. But it is very reasonably
priced and has oodles of decent sounds. I was seriously considering
it for a rehearsal board due to the 88 keys and its size. It is very
portable.

Check it out if you have not already.
