Yes - I got my VK-7 from a local dealer from whom I have bought lots of stuff for years- analog and than digital. I got a really good price on it. When it screwed up on me (a couple of years after I got it), not only did the dealer ship it to Roland a couple of times and eventually get them to send a whole new set of circuit boards for it - he didn't charge me a penny, he gave me a brand new CX-3 to use the entire time the VK was being worked on, and he replaced the wooden side panels that got banged up going to and from Roland. On top of all this, he offered to take the VK off my hands and give me the CX-3 for the difference he paid for it($350.00). I can't imagine getting this kind of service from one of those mail order places!
