Subject:Strange "sliders"

On Saturday night I played an early gig on a house B3 (early 70's model)
that was a total disaster. I sat down and the damn thing hummed away
incessantly. No matter what I tried the damn hum would not go away. I
suspected a ground hum but could not find the source. I was so happy to
play the following gig on my trusty CX3.

Speaking of that following gig, this guy come up to me after the show
and says "what a great sounding organ". I asked him if he was an organ
player and he said "Yeah, I play a B3, can I look at your Korg?". I said
sure... He climbed up behind the organ and asked "What do these slider
things do?"...
