Please understand that I am not criticizing Dave for his review. I agree
that the more info we get the better. His comments were insightful. I
just warn that it is important to review apples with apples when it
comes to this technology.

I would love to see how many Hammond experts can really tell the
difference between the sound of the "New B3" and a good clone like the
CX3 or BX3. Is it really worth a price difference of $18,000? All I know
is that when I play my CX3 in performance no one can tell the
difference. Tomorrow night I play a 7:30 show in one club on a B3, and
an 11:00PM show in another club on my CX3. I know that I will love the
ergonomics of playing a Hammond console live, but I doubt that the
audience will be able to tell the difference. And depending on the
condition of the house B3 and Leslie, the CX3 will probably sound a lot
better.
