I would put them in this order:

XB2 -> volume pedal -> H&K -> noise pedal -> amp

This is just a slight variation on your current chain. There's not
much you could do differently that will impact your tone or
playabilitiy. Putting the volume pedal with the organ will simulate
the real thing more than your original chain.
