Are there any other improvements listed for the new H & K? It seems odd they
would put out a new version with controllable ramp speed as the only new
feature. My pet peeve about the unit is that you have to really strain to
hear the lower rotor speed up & down. Warning to female members of the list -
possibly, allthough not purposely, sexist comment ahead: With the real
Leslies & other syms, one of the special qualities of going from fast to slow
is that "post-orgasmic slowing throb" that comes from the lower rotor. With
the H & K you have to turn the balance knob way towards the lower rotor to
get that - not a good thing to have to do with a Voce which is innately high
frequency challenged. Anyway, along w/ many members of the list, I'll be
reading with interest new info on the unit as it becomes available.
