Jack..FYI, there are alot of doowop presentations on PBS television in the last year or two and the most recent one featured the Casinos doing this song with a nice close-up feature of the back up bands organist playing the solo part. It was a great (and faithful) rendition of the original recording complete with smears etc. The lead singer (Gene Hughes) still has his chops too! I recorded it off the broadcast. And for you 50/60s era aficionados out there, Little Anthony and the Imperials appeared in this installment and did a great a capella version of "Just Two Kinds Of People In The World" and a great "Shimmy Shimmy KoKo Bop"! These shows pop up regularly on PBS..look for `em.

but the opening lyric is "Kiss me each morning for a million years". The
song is from the mid-60's.

There is an unusually fast and very interesting chorale speed on the Leslie
used on this track. It is very obvious on the solo.
