Subject:Dynacord CLS222 - Older vs. Newer Versions

Hi folks,

This may be pretty obscure, but figured that someone might have some
info on this topic.

I just scored a great deal on a Dynacord CLS222, so I will happily
own one of these again after regretting the sale of mine several
years ago. The one I originally owned was bought new in 1992 and
was a gray faced model.

Well, this one I just found is apparently an older version as it is
a white faced model with little handles by the rack ears for easy
in/out from the rack. I don't have it in hand yet but this is the
description I received over the phone.

I vaguely recall seeing photos of this older model some time ago but
I don't know if there is any difference in the way each model sounds
or operates. I believe they have been around since the early 80's
and presume the gray face model was just a different rack with the
same innards.

Anyone have insight on the different versions of the CLS222?
