Subject:trade anyone?

Anyone interested in a V3?
It's the model with the 11pin Leslie hookup in the back.

2 problems:

1. It is alleged to have a startup "hum/scream" when first powered up.
This is cured by spinning the knob up a few dozen programs then back
down. All is well after that.

2. But it wouldn't produce that problem for me; on 2 tries ( could be
temperature related -- my shop was very cold those days). There's *no
doubt* that it will act up for you. Previous owner was another
listmember and he filled me in on this. D.Amels confirmed that such a
problem did exist and it was not just a simple firmware fix.

Soooo...
If it sounds remotely fair, I'd like to trade this unit for (1st choice)
a MicroBII or anything of reasonable interest. Trading down, of course,
because of the soft flaws. But if your rig will allow immediate powerup
access to the main knob, you get a good deal.

I have 2 now, and this one is cleaner than the one I use in the
FrankenClone (yes I'll post pix -- soon as I finish the Lezlie stuff).
Might go for any of several different things. Let me know off-list.
