Funny thing w/ Rhodes pianos. I've 4 or 5 over the years, and every one I
've played then and since then had a very different action. Some real tight
and precise, others real spongy and clanky. No consisitency that I've seen.
Some I've absolutely loved to play, others I've hated. I'm still looking to
replace the pristine one I foolishly trashed about 8 or 9 years ago by
gigging with it constantly. Haven't found one like the one I fell in love
with way back when.

I see your point with the CX-3 action. Different strokes for different folks.
The only reason I don't use the action disabling trick, is because it
disables the midi functions. I suppose the only way I'll ever be truly
happy with a keyboard is if I design it and pay to have it manufactured ;-)
Not likely, based on my current financial situation.
