I've had my CX-3 for about a year now. The keybed is indeed a bit noisy, compared to other instruments (although not the noisiest I've ever owned), but it has not gotten any noisier over time. I know one of the members mentioned a problem with sloppy sharps, but I haven't found that to be the case on my unit. I haven't found the keys to be flimsy or loose.
