Subject:preset question

Background: on a "real Hammond", selecting the Eb preset on the lower manual
won't change the upper manual preset.

Now, what do the various clones do with presets ? Does setting a preset store
both upper and lower (and maybe pedal) at once ? or can they be set for just
one or the other ?

PS: income tax refund check is going to ve very good this year, so unless
someone comes up with a nice A-100/Leslie (A-100/M-S?) package in the near
future, I'll be shopping next month. Candidates are CX-3, XK-2, and Nord... I
REALLY want to like the XK-2 because of the H-S name, but it doesn't appear
to be the best choice...
