At this point I'm trying to figure out which card would be best to get. From my reading to date, I've been assuming the Session card has the most potential for brass, saxes, etc. I have a friend going to NAMM next week and he may be able to get me a card for cheap. But which one? I don't have the cash to throw at multiple cards. Is the Pop card better than Session for horns??

Btw, I haven't acknowledged each response to the question I posed to start this thread, but I do want to express my gratitude to everyone who has responded. A common theme seems to be that to get the most out of the 1080 ya gotta edit, edit, edit. I've never had a lot of patience that way, but I guess I better get ready to bite the bullet, huh. Oh well. Thanks again for the responses!
