What a smart lot you are! First thing I tried.Plugged all my gear into one mains socket with multi socket extention lead,then plugged all the gear into extention sockets.I can now turn up the amps to just over 2/3rds of max without any audible hum.I start to get it over that.But the improvement was immediate.Will try all the other things suggested over the next week.
