The KORG contact info is not well-published, but it's not exactly a secret, either. If one goes to Switchboard (www.switchboard.com), inputs the word "KORG" into the Business Name field, and clicks on Search, 22 results come up; the 21st item is KORG USA Inc. If, like me, you already know that KORG USA is somewhere in NY, adding "NY" to the State field results in only one item, KORG USA Inc. Either way, you end up with the number, 516.333.9100.

This may not be as helpful to a Canadian such as yourself, however. Instead, you need to contact JAM Industries, Ltd. (Les Industries JAM, Ltee) at www.korgcanada.com, who distribute KORG products in Canada. They don't seem to publish their number on the site, but assuming that there is a Switchboard/Canada or similar Yellow Pages directory, you should be able to find it. They also provide email contacts on their support pages, categorized by need (parts, support, service, literature, etc.).
