Question for owners of the newer IS-2 stand. I have an old inivisible stand
which uses the eye-hook faster.

What is the distance from the top of the lower tier that the keyboard sits
on, to the cable that connects the left and right section of the stand
together? I'm thinking of maybe resting my Virus tabletop synth on it and
leaning the other end at an angle on to my lower keyboard.
I have trouble doing that right now with my stand, because of the eye-hook
adapter which gets in the way a bit.

I've been looking for a solution to a small setup I like to use. My XP-80
with the V5 velcroed on top on the left (no problem) and my Virus B tabletop
synth (18" wide) right in the middle above the XP-80. For those of you
familiar with the XP-80 there is no room to put it on top, unless half of it
is hanging off the right side. I have an X-stand with the 2nd tiers reversed
and tilted inward, but it doesn't work all that well, and I dont want to make
a shelf. Any other suggestions?
