Darren,

You have obviously yet to do an 'elbow smear'. It's like the palm
smear but using a different part of your body!!! You can also try
using your nose on top C whilst you're doing this for added effect.
If you really want to push the boat out, a few pedal glisses with
heels and toes might help...
