Not being familiar with this organ I can't recommend any action, but I thought I'd mention the need for caution when dealing with plastic parts. Some cleaners and lubricants can soften or melt certain plastics and vinyls and thus do a lot more harm than good. Obviously you need to get the brown gummy stuff off before lubricating. If you have in mind using a silicone spray for lube, get the Food Grade silicone spray made by Sprayon. It is harmless to most plastics. I use it on my Rhodes. Sorry I can't be of more help.
