Most of the newer clones are using the Fatar keyboard. I don't beleive
Hammond uses the Farar. I can tell you there are prototypes being built as
midi controllers as production models. One prototype is a 61 note on top and
a 73 on the bottom. The 12 note space dif between the two are for controls.
That make alot of sence, you can play Hammond on top or both, or Hammond on
top, piano on the bottom. One unit to carry around, thats it. Sounds like a
great Idea. They will have to re do the bottom board so it lines up with the
upper note wise, to be able to do the 2 manual Hammond thing.
