Thing is, I used to love hearing Mike Pinera play in
Cactus "back in the day", and remember seeing a TV
special (possibly on PBS) by the Iron Butterfly lineup
that had Pinera in it. I still like that album quite a
bit, and the song "Butterfly Blue" is an alltime fave.
I also remember being excited when I saw that Doug
Ingle had switched from the Vox to a B-3 w/ Leslie.
That was some 30 years ago *sigh*
