I feel your pain. I've had similar bad experiences with Korg here in Canada. When will these companies learn that they don't exist in a vacuum? Musicians talk to each other, and as we all know, there are plenty of different options available. I've enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Voce ( Dave A's the best ) and have already had some good dialog with Clavia over the Nord Electo. That promises to be a great company to deal with. I guess sometimes smaller is better, that's certainly been my experience. We don't deserve to be treated without respect when we're laying our hard earned cash on the line. Musicians are, as a group, generally well informed about their instruments and these companies would do well to pay attention to comments from the people that actually use these tools. Anyway, enough ranting. Thanks for listening.
