Well, it's not a pedal, but I threw my old 10 band Yamaha EQ into the
chain between my CX-3 and my MS Pro-3T. Substantially rolling off
everything about 1 Khz, and boosting 16 khz a very slight bit seemed
to sound pretty good solo in my room. Bright enough to cut, but not
so much as to make my ears peel off my head at full volume. Also, it
added a bit of boost into the preamp stage of the MS, giving me
slightly more grind...

No, it's no speakeasy (*sobs* Steve, no super budget units for the
college students?? ;) ), but it sounded better. I'll try it tomorrow
night at the church, see how it sounds with the band.
