I had a "classic" model and modified it to be a "howler". I use a CX3 (and
S80) into a Behringer mixer, using the aux out/ return for the speakeasy.
This way I can control each intrument's level going to the Speakeasy.

I find the howler very musical, never getting too distorted even at "11". It
just sounds better.

I also find it helps my piano, rhodes and other keyboard sounds, giving a
life and "air" to them.
