Is it real audio signal clipping or a latency issue?
You can get digital distortion by running the delay too fast. it can
vary between real nasty static and, what will sound like, distortion.
I'd look at the latency/sample setting first to determine if you're
pushing the software to a point that it's faster than what your
hardware can handle.
I'v had the B4 distort but that was because the B4 volume pedal was
up higher than the input on the board.
