Definitely,
pronounced as V-eye-count.
In the UK we have titled people, landed gentry, earls and barons and
the like. We have for example Viscount Linley. There's definitely no
discount type pronunciation.
While we are on the subject of Viscount, and discount too, it seems
that in the UK we pay £299 for the DB3 module and in the States it's
$1495, Wow.
£299 equals $460 in today's money. £499 gets you the keyboard version.
Probably cheaper for you to catch a return flight to London and tuck
one under your arm.
