David,
I did get a brief chance to play one at NAMM in Nashville last
month. It may be the only one in existence, though. Under the show
floor circumstances (noise, people, loud guitar booths) it was
difficult to make a real judgement. My first impression was good.
The feel was nice and light. Much like the BX-3 and they had it
running through a 122 or a 147 I believe. It will be interesting to
play a production model in a band situation. Or at least in a
dealer's showroom and compare it with a BX-3.

On your other note, I've used a XK-2 and a MS Pro3 and later a PRo3T
for several years. I found I could not live without the MS when ever
I used the Hammond.
