Don't do it, I did try it out once, not on my original Leslie but on a
little Elka Leslie (Italian made Leslie I think). I can only say you aint
gonna like it.

As many of you may know, the sound only comes out of one side of the
Leslie top rotor; the other side is plugged up and useful only as a
counter-balance. I happen to have a spare top rotor, maybe I'll try
punching a hole through the plug so that both sides are live. I
guess this might screw up the sound of the Leslie as it's heard
acoustically, which I definitely don't want. But if I try this I'll
letcha know what I find.
