Hi,
It's extremely good, least-wise the module is. Don't know how the
keyboard feel is. But they have done an excellent job on this new
replacement for the Oberheim OB3^2. It is a new beast, and improves
on the OB on several counts, not least the beating problem which is,
although not absolutely cleared, now not too intrusive. It is quite
playable.
The chorus/vib is good, the overdrive is good, the tonewheel
modelling, noise and leakage is good. The price is unbelievable. It
looks good, similar to a real live NI B4 module. The tube distortion
is very good IMHO.
It is 3 part multitimbral, and has amongst other offerings, spring
reverb. It does everything a clone should do, except I don't think
they've quite got the Leslie sim right. Through a Dynacord it sounds
great.
Through any good sim or real live Leslie, it's up there with the best
of them, with warm analogue sound.
