Presuming you are still using a VK-7, it has a MIDI merger built in.
To enable this, you need to go into the MIDI parameters and set SOFT
THRU active on the each input that you require to be merged, since
the VK-7 has no MIDI THRU socket.

Connect the keyboards as follows:

Keyboard MIDI OUT => VK-7 MIDI IN "Keyboard"

VK-7 MIDI OUT => PC MIDI Interface MIDI IN
